Care at home, Bucks and Berks - At Carewatch, from offices in Beaconsfield, providing quality care at home for our clients and their families is our priority. We provide care as needed.  It can be a short call to look in on a loved one or live-in care. As a conscientious care agency, Carewatch employs care workers who are caring, capable, honest and friendly. Before a care worker provides you with care in your home they go through a rigorous recruitment and training schedule. Checks are made on their qualifications and past experience and a full police check is completed. If they are satisfactory, the carer then attends a minimum of 3 days training in all our policies and procedures and is closely supervised for 3 months to ensure that they are competent in the care they provide. They then receive regular supervision, training and support.

We work with and are approved by 3 local authorities - Buckinghamshire, Windsor& Maidenhead and Slough. We have a contract with Buckinghamshire county council to provide care for the elderly, and we also have a contract with Windsor & Maidenhead to provide care for adults with learning disabilities.
